How do I insert my records into my medical profile?
Information may be inserted by using the user friendly forms. Just insert your Med-InfoChip™ in the USB port on any laptop or PC and type your information in the blanks.

How much memory is on the Med-InfoChip™?
There are 64 MB of flash memory on the Med-InfoChip™ single user profile and 128 MB of memory on the twin model for two profiles. 64 MB is the equivalent of 44 floppy disks.

How do I keep my records up to date?
You may add or delete information to your record by accessing your profile, then typing into the Med-InfoChip™ forms.

How do I insert a photo, EKG, passport or birth certificate?
All graphic material has to be scanned into the file...If you do not have access to a scanner.. contact any OfficeMax or CopyMax Center or Kinkos Store and it can be scanned for a nominal fee. If you have a digital camera, you can download photos or copies of documents to your computer. Once the file is in the computer it can be uploaded on your Med-InfoChip™.

Can I add data at anytime?
Yes...Just type in your data..You can make changes on the Med-InfoChip™ anytime.

How do I access my medical profile?
You may obtain your medical profile by plugging your Med-InfoChip™ into the USB port into any Laptop or PC.

Is there a charge every time I make a change?
No. .You may make unlimited updates without a charge.

Do I have to complete all the information?
